Prior to founding Joyfa, he served as Business Development Lead at Enjin, an NFT x entertainment ecosystem provider where he led Enjin Coin's listings on Japanese crypto exchanges as well as business partnerships.
Moreover, he worked at blockchain startups in Japan and Singapore and has led projects that apply the technology to use cases such as data management, securities trading, and energy management.
He holds a B.A. in International Affairs from the George Washington University.

A serial entrepreneur, Shun has been involved in founding multiple entertainment startups including Olduvai, a system development company for the entertainment industry, and Noovo, a cutting-edge anime production company.
He has over 8 years of experience in video production and system development.
Shun Matsuo
Shohei has over seven years of experience in 3D anime production.
Prior to joining Joyfa, he was in charge of 3D production of top anime series and movies including "Japan Sinks: 2020", "The Prince of Tennis Shinsei Movie" and "I've Found Blue Feathers."
He also worked at Buemon, an anime production studio where he was involved in the production of various anime series including "Children of the Sea" and "Shimajiro."
Shohei Chino
Having worked with DAOs since their earliest inception, Eric serves on multiple DAOs including YGG as advisor and was Head of Ecosystem at NFT marketplace Rarible.
Eric Arsenault
Tohtaroh is a natural-born sneakerhead. He served as an entertainment and fashion producer at a major music company and a media agency.
At Joyfa, he supports the launch of its private digital sneaker labels and actively involved in business development activities.
Tohtaroh Nakatani
Hideo is the founder and CEO of Noovo, a Tokyo-based anime production studio.
Prior to founding Noovo, he co-founded another anime production studio called Studio Colorido where he was in charge of corporate planning and human resources.
